Does Sentinel Consolidated Systems build custom platforms for new clients?
Yes. We work with organizations that need a purpose-built digital platform and are not well-served by off-the-shelf software. How does the Sentinel Reports platform work for law enforcement?
Shift supervisors use Sentinel Reports to document their complete shift in one consolidated report: incidents, duty roster, operational metrics, and a narrative summary. When the shift concludes, the report is locked and automatically distributed to designated command staff by email and Microsoft Teams. Every edit to a finalized report is logged with the user identity, timestamp, and a mandatory reason for the change.
Do your platforms require any on-site hardware or IT infrastructure?
No. All platforms are fully cloud-hosted. Your team accesses them through a standard web browser on any device, desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. There is no software to install and no servers to maintain. Updates and maintenance are handled by our team.
Can our organization sign in with Microsoft 365 accounts?
Yes. The Sentinel Reports platform supports Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On. Once configured, your personnel authenticate using their existing agency credentials. No separate passwords are required. Standard email and password login remains available as a fallback at all times.
